About US
On this website, our goal is to present a platform for anyone to "blow the whistle" on others, which may include governments, individuals or associations thereby exposing injustice or wrongdoing by a person or persons (the perpetuators). The cause must be proven beyond doubt to be legitimate and in the good interest of a concerned sector of the public.
General Guidelines
The guidelines for our operation include but not limited to the following:
The guidelines for our operation include but not limited to the following:
- Our conditions of operation are subject to change without consultation with our customers.
- Consequently, any submission can be removed from this website if we determine that your submission contains false allegations or becomes unverifiable.
- Incidents that you disclose must be in the interest of the public or the general body of a group or association.
- This platform will not condone the use of this website as a back and forth settle of score between two or more infighting parties.
- If you have any whistle blowing claim, the first step is to contact us at disclosure@whistleblowersclub.com and one of our agents will contact you (by email only) to start off the vetting process. If your case is (at any point in this vetting process) determined not to meet our criteria, you will be noticed (by email) and all correspondence with you will cease on your intended submission.
- A disqualified submission may be resubmitted if proper steps are followed to meet our criteria.
- A disqualified submission does not disqualify you from the submission of other claims for whistleblowing. This means that all submissions are treated differently on a case by case basis and a disqualification in one situation does not exclude other submission from being accepted for publication.
- We charge a fee which is determined on a case by case basis - you will be notified of the exact amount towards the end of the vetting process. Among other factors, a submission that has a login is generally cheaper than one without a password (as the latter has no limit to its visibility on the Internet).
- On a case by case basis, we may substitute making a donation in place of a payment for your submission.
- Once published, only the author of a publication can request for the publication to be removed from the website.
- Our system is well encrypted and secure to the extent that we have no knowledge of passwords created or used by our clients. In other words, at the final stage of the vetting process, every potential clients (on payment of their fee or donation) will be sent a link to create an account to which they are the only one with access to create, edit or manage information, including the creating/deletion of document login access, etc.
Submission Guidelines
All documents for submission must be verifiable and vetted. This website is otherwise under no obligation to publish any disclosure.
- Your very first email must have a subject line which bears a short title of your intended claim.
- As outlined in item #5 under the General Guideline above, you must ensure that this short-title is consistently the same through all your email communications with us.
- All your evidences (videos, audios, screenshots, etc.) must be be attached to your emails with us, when you are asked to submit them. Please, do not attach evidence until it is requested from you.
- In general, though we may advice concerning the presentation of your documents, it is however the sole resposibility of an author to proofread their submissions for correctness (facts and grammar).
- In other word, we are not liable for any errors and misrepresentations in what we are sent - except that we pull down the publication if and when it comes to us that we have unintentional published a document that contains falsehood.
Publication Guidelines
There are two major types of publications of whistleblowing materials on this website: publication without password and publication with password.
- It is the sole right of the author or whistleblower to decide whether they want their cause to be public to everyone on the Internet (that is, no password or login required) or if they want their content to be viewed with a password (by a selection of visitors to this website using the assigned login information - a username and password).
- After publication, the author can decide to change the password, suspend password (that is, make it entirely public to all) or even request the administration of this website to delete their post without consultation with anyone else.
- As part of our policy, your accepted publication is up on our website for an inital length of one month. An author may however request to extend the availability of their article for a longer period of time. Conditions which may include (but not limited to) additional fee/donation, may apply for the request to be granted.
